Mission Statement

Regular Missile is fully committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees, regardless of gender, can thrive. We pledge to implement and uphold our gender policies through dedicated leadership, transparent practices, and ongoing education and support. Recruitment

When recruiting (temporarily or indefinitely) attention needs to be paid to ensure that job postings and job descriptions are inclusive and welcoming to a diverse set of proffesionals. Whenever possible, candidates should be considered based on what they bring in terms of experince both as proffesionals and individuals.

Work-life balance

Each individual at Regular Missile is expected to contribute according to their ability and personal life situation. Remote work and flexible hours are encouraged and preferred as long as tasks meet deadlines and work is finished when agreed (but even then, communaction between team members is key and plans subject to change).

We appreciate those who live for work, but we encourage people to work to live.

Pay equity

At Regular Missile everyone is payed the same at all levels and in all fields. We pay for your time and do not differentiate between tasks.

Prevention of discrimination and harrassment

We have a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of discrimination. Each forum (be it digital or physical) falls under this policy and includes (but is not limited to) discrimination in regards to people's gender, age, race, socioeconomic circumstances, sexuality, phsyical and mental ability as well as geographic circumstances
